Its a mystery why in trades so low...
Last year they paid off 250m in debt.
In a few years they could be almost be debt free..
I still think they should buy back units like in 2007,2008
Escpecially at this low price..
In the future I see a nice dividend..
So I too will buy more...

I'm either nuts or a genius...
