RE: RE: RE: Santo Domingo web page on CS site

RE: RE: RE: Santo Domingo web page on CS siteWanzhu I dont think you really understand the market properly. First of all dilution to expand resources and production significantly is how companies grow. It is evident that you are just looking for a quick buck especially since you are concerned with the short term price movement.
The characterization that CS price has fallen from 5 to 3 because of this deal is just plain dumb. I suppose that you believe CS should be bucking the trend of mining companies being down in 2011, my data says that the Materials sub-index is down over 11% this year, CS is not large cap therefore they are more volatile than the average beta of the index.
Perhaps you bought in high. I have been in this stock largely for the last 2 years although I re-entered after seeing its price drop $1 from my previous selling price. I dont want a buyback, they are great with under-vaued shares price, which CS is. However I would rather grow significantly. Everyone seems to agree that production will double or triple in a few years from this purchase, if it costs 40% dilution then...
Please think mid-long term about this trade. It is unfortunate that acquirers almost always drop, but they tend to move back up.
