RE:hi,I rather like CSE and have bought it as a back shelf investment - buy and hold for a very long time. Things I like:
  • The dividend, which I think they can cover even if the next two fiscal years are tight
  • Twenty year contract at Cardinal and removal of that risk
  • Bristol. I think water will be one of the most important investments of the next generation - think of what is happening in Toledo right now or the American southwest.
  • Some growth from the Renewable Energy Developers pipeline of projects
  • The mix of assets and the mix of geographies
  • De-risking to the investor with the drop in stock price
Biggest risk IMO: management. If management shows consistent performance, I think the stock will rise. If not, there is not much premium for them now.
