RE:RE:RE:Valuation and growthI think $8.00 is too hopeful. I own CSE for the dividend, anticipated stability of cash flow, diversity of utilities, geographic distribution, amount of regulated activity, and size (small enough for my feeble mind to understand).

I expect the growth to come from regulated increases at Bristol and Varmevarden, and 110 MW of new windpower coming on line in 2015 and 2015. Relative to the existing portfolio, 110 MW is substantial and is roughly triple the capacity whose PPA expires in the same time frame. But let's be clear that CSE is a small power producer relative to the market.
