IN CSE's Q2 report the "Results by Segment" section shows
  • Bristol EBITDA growing from $11,619,000 in Q2 13 to $15,121,000 in Q2 14, and
  • AFFO growing from $1,479,000 in Q2 13 to $2,414,000 in Q2 14 (page 10), and
  • net income growing from $9,241,000 in Q2 13 to $13,429,000 in Q2 14 (page 11), and
  • dividends from the other partners growing from $1,479,000 to $2,414,000 (page 16)
Being regulated, they don't have a lot of latitude over changes in cash flow.
