I don't think it is going to fly.

It is a yield play near its lowest point in recent years. CSE lost income on the Cardinal recontracting and did not get what they wanted at Bristol Water. But with the new contracts in play, assuming the Bristol Water appeal leaves the dividend intact, risk should be dramatically reduced.

There could be a substantial climb after the outcome of the Bristol Water decision simply because of the elimination of uncertainty, but "flying" might be ambitious.
