Seriously, did you really get paid?

According to their website (based on 2021 distributions):

"2021 - 95.2% of our distributions are return of capital in 2021 "

Basically you are getting your money back and most of that distribution lowers your cost, or, simply put, increases or capital gain or lowers your capital loss when the units are sold (unless your units are held in a trust).
