what happens at the last AGM???

The new shares from last financing will be free trading shorty, there could come some pressure in the market.
I am alsowondering what happend on the last AGM, there was nothing announced by the company.

Did some shareholders had any shareholderproposals or questions?

Does anybody knows what happened ?
