i never saw this before... just the purpose to get money out of the company... private sherholders also has been screwd up... why the make a financing at 0,60 $ although stock has been trading way over 1,40 $ just some weeks before..

it smells like they just sold the shares to the private investor and then droppes the price and take it for 60 cent...
