I wasn't expecting that news release. Talk about interesting. Not sure how to interpret it. Merger = has someone been trying to keep the share price low to get a good deal? Recapitalization = do they have too much debt and are looking to consolidate the shares and issue/sell a bunch of stock from treasury to a strategic partner at a higher price than what we're currently trading at? Divestiture = looking to sell off pieces for the right price = not likely.
Like you said, perhaps a leak before the release, and those who caught wind of it are taking a position? Then again, house 85 blew out over 300K shares a couple of minutes after the open today. I haven't seen anyone sell CTS like that before. Can't wait to see what happens Wednesday. Prepare for some volatility... hopefully today's end of day trend will continue. GLTA.
