This Part Is Very Confusing?
In response to expressions of interest that have been received by the Company, the Special Committee will evaluate a full range of strategic alternatives, including a sale, merger, divestiture, recapitalization, other strategic transaction, or continuing to operate as a public company.
WTF?

Board of Directors has formed a special committee of independent directors (the "Special Committee") to undertake, in consultation with its established financial and legal advisors, a review and evaluation of strategic alternatives that may be available to the Company to unlock shareholder value. So it should be something good for shareholders I presume!

I'd say the text you highlighted means they may also consider the possibiity of taking the company private. Pretty ambiguous. Should be good for some serious speculation Wednesday. GLTA.

Strategic Review is seldom a good sign, hence, the seriousness to halt trading. Shareholders will be in the dark till the review is completed or if a deal is concluded. CTS may be privatized. Potential for CCAA.

To add, having set up an independent review commitee, Mr Maine is free to table a mgmt buyout, stop all acquisitions, set up a task force to extract all cost synergies and prepare the bride for a re IPO in two years at over 20$. Just my thoughts. Peace and glta

One thing is for sure every tech hedge fund in the US is looking at this development. Mr Maine last purchase was for 1M$ plus at 7.10 and at 1x sales that would be around 10$. Mgmt buyout ??? A possibility. Finally tax selling probably put on hold, well over 6M shares to trade today

This happened to Sandvine several years ago.....stock price was cheap and the company was taken private. Shareholders got a decent premium in the buyout. The Committee will give the appearance of looking out for shareholder interests by beating the bushes for any other competitive offers and then make a recommendation to the BOD.
