RE: CUM and v.CECI don't think your comparing apples to apples. Cum is a copper producing mine listed on the The big board.
CEC is a speculative coal project listed on the  venture X in a very enviormently sensitive area.
The safe bet would be CUM and when you factor everything in it may have more potential too. I can understand looking at the management team and thinking this will be the next one but there 2 different animals IMO.
