Perhaps at the time……..things looked different, the up trends may not have been as strong as they became.......maybe company neede capital........jurisdiction is becoming more important without a doubt, selling low now may not be best move.......frustrating to see some selling now. I personally will hold , stay in North America. CMMC could be a nice acquisition for someone.......
