Not good for an underground mine or for a plant running on diesel or for a plant without economies of scale or for an inefficent plant or for a plant in high risk jurisdiction or a plant lacking easy transportation to market.

CMMC is none of that.  0.24% is good.

CMMC is a large scale low cost open pit in a safe jurisdiction running on electricity with a modern efficient plant and close to shipping.
