Labour costs are alot cheaper in African Congo than in Canada. There is also the Congo government risk. IVN had to stuff some pockets and do PR work.

AND CAPSTONE'S C1 COSTS ARE ALMOST AS HIGH AS CMMC

THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD INVEST. OUR EXPANSIONS ARE FULL SPEED AHEAD AND OUR SMELTER BEING BUILT WILL PUT OUR C1 COSTS AT A DOLLAR OR EVEN LESS.
