Imo INSTITUTIONAL investors will gobble up the additional 15% shares as negotiated. Wouldn't you at 16.70$ given the chance again? This number is an even stronger floor having bounced back for a second time. Just saying. Than Gap Up to 20+$C hit 3 weeks ago. The latest round of financing breifly slowed the climb, but provided rocket fuel to expand as a leader.
