I think if Schumer was smart he would pass SAFE + through reconciliation or attach it to a must pass bill before November. The Lame duck session is to late imo. If voters can see deciminalization before Novemeber it would help build major momentum for the Dems to potentially win both House and Senate and tackle the abortion issues at the SCOTUS and start to collect rev from cannabis taxes and help build them selves out of the recession. Its a good start...
