SAFE Banking must be passed on its own as a stand alone bill, which will only help bring in new bills like social equity/expungement when SAFE Banking is passed. If SAFE passes uplisting can happen and more funding can be allocated in fighting the injustices of yesterdays cannabis laws.

The optics need to change for the Dems and the finger pointing does not help the small and mid size cannabis operators, who are closing shop daily as the economy worsens.
