You are not understanding the structure, this is the final step in the formation of CUSA in which they have WANNA and JETTY, and eventually with approval ACRG. CUSA will be a plant touching entity, but that entity is not listed on any exchange. You can exchange CGC shares for CUSA notes at 1-1 ratio however CUSA are not under any exchange. This has been in the works for over 2 years and is simply the final approval stage of the restructure. Canopy/Weed remains non plant touching.
