RE:RE:60 day clock for the public comment period startsAs it stand now we are no longer in Schedule 1, but we are also not in Schedule 3. We are in Political limbo. Good news is Cannabis companies will no longer have to pay the 280E tax. 

Its crazy to see just how disfunctional the U.S. government is. There aren't to many people that think Schedule 3 or SAFE Banking will go through. The best bet we get imo is the Garland Memo, which will give us custody but not uplisting. 

So no more 280E Tax and Custody of shares is what we get. The good thing about Curaleaf is our dominant presence in New York, Ohio, Florida. PLUS Germany, UK, Poland who do not have any banking, tax or uplisting issues. No reason not to like a growing company like CURA ;)

I like the trajectory as Cannabis continues to grow even with-out any of these laws passed.
