Well, from what I'm reading, I'm not optimistic about SAFE passing through NDAA. Clearly cannabis legislation is a not a priority. They have the spending Bill that's gonna drag on for ever and before you know it the midterms. Yes, Dems need a win to cutail the loses during the midterms but they consider that to the infrastructure and spending Bills - not Cannabis. They will go blah ...more
