The DEA has to defer to HHS’s findings with respect to scientific and medical issues. It doesn't matter if some DEA officials disagree with them. DEA is the Drug Enforcement Administration they enforce the law where as the HHS provides effective health & human services by fostering sound sustained advances in "science" underlying medicine. The WSJ did lazy journalism or did a ...more
