Canadian LPs skyrocket on Florida ballot? WT-F?

So we got news yesterday evening after makets closed the Supreme court in Florida approved ballot measures to legalizing cannabis to be put on this November ballot, it passed by a 5-2 ruling.

Canadian LPs who have no, Zero business in Florida and who are not allowed by law to have any plant touching business in the U.S. and who are listed on the major U.S exchanges have seen their stocks skyrocket with the Flolrida news. Bizarre? Your bet it is.. While large MSOs like Curaleaf, Verano who are one of the largest in Florida, have traded downwards this morning?
