CORUPTIONIts a very DEVIOUS game that these banks and investment firms play. First they get a heads up on the price of the equity financing , and then use it to their advantage to short the stock ahead of the announcement......and then further short it (ie yesterday/today/and tomorrow) knowing the announcement is being put on the table in the form of a trading halt. Its GUARANTEED that the SP WILL BE DRIVEN DOWN WEEL BELOW THE EF price, IN ORDER FOR THEM TO COVER AT A MUCH LOWER PRICE, as a way of hedging past stock purchases at higher prices. JMO
