Insider sell?

Insider sell?TMX is reporting an insider sell of 155,580 shares today. As true insiders are not allowed to sell before news, I wonder if it was the guy they let go? Maybe he wasn't totally happy about moving on? If that was the case, that extra selling could account for a lot of the weakness today, which would increase the upward pressure tomorrow.
