Kherson first boldly stated that CUS would be forced to restate earnings from previous quarters.
Verdict: A big lie.
Kherson also boldly stated that CUS was suffering huge demurage charges for trains waiting to haul oil, but alas no customers. Verdict; A big lie.
Kherson most recently stated that CUS reason for firing the CEO was corruption and massive bad news that would be released today. Verdict: A big lie.
Normally people say three strikes and your out but honetly dude, you were never in the game to start with.
