RE:RE:RE:RE:Factsthats fair - you have to know and quantify your own risk tolerance.   Although I loathe to talk about market timing (since I am a long term investor) - the point I was trying to make is between now and the next Q1 2014 call (I believe May 9th) - there is a greater than 50/50 likelihood there will be an announcement/update regarding the remaining capacity (some or potentially all remaining capacity).....I place this at greater than 50/50 since the new interim CEO has expressed a desire to improve thier credability.  It would be counterproductive to that goal to say they are inches from goal only to announce further delays with signing up contracts....they know what's at stake.

Anyway - my two cents for the day - will check back on this site in May....
