RE:Factshard to say but big money here might not be putting much faith in crontracts-signed or not as the rail companys ultimately determine deliveries.canexus will have to start reporting like grain companys with force majeure,demurrage,and penalties clearly laid out if some credibility is to return to stock.
the railways can use what ever excuse they want for backlogs on their lines but the fact remains that they cannot gear up quickly and moving one commodity takes away from another.
