RE:RE:RE:Yesterday's conference call?Depends on a lot of factors.  What comes to mind: if the terminal is completed it probably would be more desirable of an asset and potentially that means more competitors to raise the bid price.

if there is expected competition for the asset, going for it now could pre-empt other bids because the clarity on the costs and usefulness of the asset prevents full realization of value.
