RE:RE:Golden GooseToo many times they delay and give you the bad news. This is not their specialty, rail by oil. New management stated they might bring on a partner, they would kill to have a partner. Don't be surprised if their is more bad news about another cost over run, which could happen with their track record.
I agree that they are in a sweet spot with this facility, but don't be surprised if they are still standing around with empty trains until early next year.
