RE:RE:Should we be surprised?

RE:RE:Should we be surprised?I beg to differ - I don't know where you get your facts from.  You say they are going to market rather than the market coming to buy the facility....this is from thier recent quarterly....

Canexus is continuing to advance discussions with parties that have expressed potential interest in certain of our assets. The Corporation is currently engaging financial advisors to assist with the discussions.

Notice - "parties" - plural - multiple buyer interest - which gives CUS a position of strength - not the other way around.

That does not sound like CUS is having a hard time attracting interest in NATO.    To add conjecture to this mix - one must question WHY MEG is blocking work that was contractually agreed.  My sense - as others have speculated - CUS is very close to securing a deal with another big player, or MEG did not walk away with Bruderheim at the price they wanted....either way - it sounds like MEG is throwing the kitchen sink to slow down what looks like an inevitable deal....and once announced, they fix thier balance sheet, potentially increase the dividend, etc.etc....the upside far exceeds any more downside - if the last few months have shown - the bottom for this stock is about $4.60...

I'm gobbling up blocks at these prices - I have a feeling this will be a very easy win.....good luck.
