President Obama will most likely keep his word and Veto KXL.
Regardless of what happens with KXL Oil by Rail will be a very important option for the Western Canadian producers for the foreseeable future and NATO will be a very important and valuable part of that.
What happens tomorrow, next week or next month won’t change that.
