RE:Even more insider selling showing up late!

First of all folks, I want to thank our good friend BlueCollar51 for pointing out the importance that Canexus puts on it's Corporate Policies by actually making them available on their website. Personally, I think that is a great idea!
If you take a  look at Corporate Policy, C-105 Trading in Securities Policy and look closer at the following:
Section 7.0 Sedi Reporting by Insiders
               7.2 Reporting Obligations
                  b  A Reporting Insider must also file, within 5 days of any of the following changes, an insider report in respect of a Corporation disclosing a change in the Reporting Insider's:
(i) benefical ownership of, or control or direction over.... common shares...
According to Canadian Insider, on November 19th, 2014 Brian P. Bourgeois, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing sold shares in Canexus, but did not report it until December 3, 2014! Is that not longer than 5 days?
