RE:RE:RE:RE:Seeking Alpha Article - Canexus

RE:RE:RE:RE:Seeking Alpha Article - CanexusMy point was that there are three paths out of this trap and all of them are BELLY UP scenarios for the shareholder, not the company, per se.

I do think CUS is treading on thin ice today with its bank debt.  The value of their assets (esp. ones that can be easily recoverable by a North American lender - North Van, I mean) is potentially a lot lower than book value.

Nearly $600M in debt, don't forget.

Paying off that debt will get harder and harder as CUS rolls over convertible debt and as bond yields continue to rise.  I'm not saying their viability is in question today, but becoming a penny stock is more likely than not in my opinion.

Remember, I'm the one that came on here months ago and said a NATO was nearly worthless and that the share price should be $1.50 to $2.00.  I know what I'm talking about.  Conditions have change....and for the worst.  Be careful with your hard-earned money.  This board hasn't exactly displayed anything close to good managment of company assets.
