Making an opportunistic bid in this overall market environment (high times) is difficult. But.....CUS has created a decent opportunity for others to come in with low-ball bids.
After Q2 numbers come out (which likely will be horrendous, due to further writedowns and massive losses), I expect the suitors to line up with low-ball bids. The CUS board will likely rebuff those bids and I wouldn't be surprised if you have a hostile takeover sometime soon thereafter. Say AUG/SEPT timeframe. Summer deal flow is just generally terrible, so I'd say the SEPT is more likely.
