Debentures BI keep buying the B debutures, they mature in 2018 - so roughly 3+ years, they are trading at 80. figured it out they will return 14% per annum. I don't see a ton of risk. So for certain portfolios that you may need the cash and don't want to risk the $ (like an RESP), these are ideal
