I'm sure the CEO beats his wife too, as he didn't deny it in the news release.

Very interesting that Noble shows up when anything Blunderheim is mentioned!
I was simply stating the fact that the final realized price for NATO was not published in the recent NR, and more importantly the outcome of the Canexus/MEG lawsuit has never been mentioned since the Whistler Conference!
Surely Noble, you remember back in January, Doug's assurance that the judge's decision would be released any day and more importantly, the fact that Canexus was confident of actually winning the court case!
Actually Noble, I just bet that you indeed know the outcome of the Canexus/MEG lawsuit!

We do know that the Ownership question was heard in court on November 6th, 2014. The question is, what was the outcome? Did Canexus in fact own the "connection point'?
Did the court decision have any effect on the net sales price of Blunderheim?
Will a future "Statement of Claim" suit be initiated by Canexus for it's lost oil by rail contract during the work stoppage?
