Third Quarter ends in a week!Anyone who buys into this company now needs to ask themselves exactly what are they buying? 1) What does the reported $20 million of equity remaining actually consist of?
2) Are shareholders in for more asset value markdowns, or even more operational troubles?
3) What about the North Van. sell? Will the realized price end up dropping shareholder equity to zero?
