In my opinion, Mr. Chan did not post anything on SH that was unknown by the vast majority of us! We all knew that Canexus would have to cut the dividend and writedown assets and get rid of some of the deadwood.
What the ASC should be looking at is how Canexus was allowed to lie to investors about Blunderheim! Yet once again, the ASC is only pretending to do it's job!
