with the NR from spb yesterday we get a little better understanding of what is going on ... I personnaly think that there is some bad issues between certain officer of both companies... sure cus could still manage their company but not to issue long term compensations which would affect the buyer end result... now do you know who normally gets those long term compensations????
that s right i do not think it is the secretary of the pool of secretary... so who from Cus got awarded long term compensation big enough to warrant a response from spb....of course had cus extended without being greedy that claim might not have happenned...
of course these are only speculation on my part but wow... if spb won that where would cus be????
