If we are indeed witnessing an organized walkdown with the intention of a buyout by anyone, then my low ball guess at a takeout price is $7.55 a share. Having said that, if another bidder were to emerge from depths of the unknown, we could see a price as high as $9.00...

Could we not reach back a year on everyone's post and they would be equally as inaccurate. Kherson beleived this when management was not providing accurate accounts of their construction issue in Bruderhiem. I beleived it too then. He has been pretty accurate about the share decline since managment gave him accurate information as to the extent of the problems.

Actually Jack, the most accurate information I received about Blunderheim was never from management! Management had been lying about Blunderheim all along! By the way, from what I can uncover, the fool behind the Blunderheim fiasco is still with the company! Kherson
