Looking at that TMX insider activity report for September 18: 174,900 shares for $852,250. ($4.87/share.) Not to discount the potential that it isn't good news due to insider selling, but there are plenty of reasons for selling shares insiders/outsiders such as needing money for personal use, diversification, market/economic fears (ie. scottish vote, FED meetings), etc... yes even fear of ...more

Do we now who sold the shares? I don't see anything filed yet.

Are we sure that these insider buys and sells are accurate? Even the website says it might not be right. Is it possible that it is large mutual funds? I looked at TLM, and 2 days ago they has huge insider sells, and yesterday they had huge insider buys. I don't think I have ever seen huge insider buying and dumping happening at the same time.

I don't use that site for insider buying and selling because the listed transactions are basically "educated guesses". Use SEDI to access the actual filings. Nothing reported in the last month. In August, insiders reported their transactions very promptly (i.e within a day or two) https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTItdController

Thanks. That is my guess as well. I looked at several stocks over the past several days, and none of the "insider trades" showed up on SEDI when usually most file them within a couple of days. I would say that the data provided by TMX is not accurate at best.
