What also puzzles me concerning the lack of goverance at Canexus is how a member of the BOD can be a director, but own absolutely no shares! Dave has been a director for over 18 months, yet he hasn't put a cent of his own money on the line!
Maybe someone from the Canexus Pump gang can enlighten us as to why this is the case?

It's been almost two years since David became a director at Canexus, yet from what I can find, he still hasn't bought a single share! Kherson
