Bought more CUS at $1.32

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased another 5,000 shares this morning, bringing my average cost down..

With SPB trading at $10.75, the premium is currently 19.5%.

Based on completion of the merger transaction in six months's time, that is not a bad return with reduced risks. 

A few percentages are lost to the dividend differential but it is largely immaterial (less than 2% net).

One other thing to consider regarding the share price, is the compartively low volumes CUS has been trading at as we move closer and closer to the closing date.
