RE:Good read on TMX Pipeline

RE:Good read on TMX Pipelinenot so fast...anyone see the newsfeed that right now and shorter term it will only be able to handle approx one-half of its rated daily capacity largely to LOGISTICS where loading takes place?? Some sound like relatively easy fixes ie shortage of tug boats, harbour pilots (get more!!) but harder ones to solve is the daylight current lifting hours (i guess for safety) that will physically limit the number ships that can be loaded daily..maybe just one opinion but it did have some data to support this concern...don't kill the messenger...dwdc
