RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CC: BIAS Of Buybacks Over Special Dividends Right Now- the company NEVER gives you a FIRM TARGET DATE since they have NO CONTROL over it and they do NOT want to be SUED by shareholders

- you seem to be a CRYBABY investor and you want somebody to hold your hand

- CVE has EXPLICITLY STATED their RETURNS to SHAREHOLDERS FRAMEWORK so I do NOT see what your problem is

- they are EXPECTING Q3 and Q4/2023 quarters to be OPERATIONALLY SUPERIOR to Q1/Q2/2023
 
- they will pay all the bills and SPLIT 50/50 between DEBT REDUCTION and share buybacks/dividends

- AFTERWARDS when they REACH $ 4 billion NET DEBT , they will SWITCH to 100% shareholders returns

- if you DON'T LIKE the set-up, well; TOUGH LUCK and MOVE ON
