When i look at what they did in Q2 I am VERY skeptical they ever intend to get to 4b debt. They only paid down 265m in debt. Now they have 6.4b in net debt (end of Q2) so at this rate we are looking at 2.2 years to pay down to 4B. I guess prices are up in Q3 so that may speed things up. If they really wanted to pay down debt they would kill share buybacks. Both are return to shareholders. But the stock buybacks allow them to issue ore mgmt stock with less dilution. I will look at Q3,  remain skeptical
