RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Teachers and Cenovus apparently in talks to make a dealGood Luck.  But I forgot to add the bad stuff that may happen short term as well, which may impact the price of the stock no matter the performance of the company.

1) Oil glut...if the futures market takes a dive, this will hurt.  Period.  Just like all oil stocks in general.
    Possibly mitigated by the ability to transport oil via rail and then boat to overseas markets              utilizing Bruderheim

2) If Oil takes a dive, or the US raises interest rates, our dollar is going to suck to.  CVE's debt is in US dollars.  If production can't be increased in time to mitigate these factors, the stock is going to get hammered.

3)Production issues on either of their two projects, or getting more ambitious than the cash they will soon have on hannd

4)  Always a danger with SAGD....Steam/oil ratios climb, and these problems take months to years to rectify.


But I'm buying more in the near term at any price where the first 2 digits hit 19.
