I recall during their post results conference call they were asked about their Hedging Strategy. Their response was that it would have a proportionally negative impact on revenues as the oil price rose and Vice Versa if the oil price declined. In other words the rise in oil price will still benefit them but by less than it would without their hedges in place. I could be wrong but I'll try to go back and review this on the recorded version of the call.
