RE:RE:Diesel Spillthis is 2023 - an environmental spill should NOT have happened with today's technolgies and thats it...where was the secondary catch containment system typically used with ALL portable equipment?? where were the leak detection equipment?? ie level switches, air sampling equipment . was the spill mitigation equipment actually on site?? lastly where were the operators doing visual inspections?? remote sight-use monitoring cameras ITS NOT THAT HARD.. now they will make an example of CVE ..why?? because CVE is suppossed to be a leader and sends a message to the smaller players that environmental is good business or else big fines will re-enforce this message ..regards, dwdc
